We are looking for a skilled Database Administrator (DBA) to manage maintain and secure our databases to ensure high availability performance and reliability. The DBA will be responsible for database backup and recovery performance tuning security implementation and supporting business-critical applications.

Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and maintain databases to ensure reliable and secure operations
Perform regular database backups and recovery procedures to prevent data loss
Monitor database performance and carry out tuning and optimization
Implement and maintain database security measures including access control and data protection
Ensure high availability disaster recovery and business continuity of databases
Troubleshoot database issues and provide timely resolution
Manage database upgrades patches and migrations
Collaborate with developers and system administrators to support application requirements
Ensure data integrity consistency and compliance with company policies
Document database configurations procedures and best practices
Additional Information :
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
Proven experience as a Database Administrator or similar role
Strong knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL PostgreSQL Oracle SQL Server or MongoDB
Experience with backup recovery and disaster recovery planning
Hands-on experience in performance tuning and query optimization
Knowledge of database security encryption and access management
Familiarity with Linux/Windows server environments
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
