Expression of Interest Senior Interior Designers

Were growing our Brisbane Interior Design team and would love to connect with Associate or Senior Associate level Interior Designers interested in large-scale public and event environments alongside hospitality and retail projects.

This is a team leadership role for someone who enjoys balancing design delivery and studio contribution.

Youll play a key role in:

• Leading and mentoring a small interior design team

• Driving design quality across complex public-facing projects

• Staying hands-on from concept through delivery

• Supporting market-facing activity including bids presentations and client conversations

• Collaborating closely with architects and other disciplines in a multi-disciplinary studio environment

Qualifications :

• Strong interior design experience across public hospitality and/or retail environments

• Confidence leading teams and coordinating consultants

• Solid design and documentation capability

• Clear communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Experience contributing to proposals or client presentations

• Background in a multi-disciplinary design firm preferred
