Job Summary

Reporting to the Operations Supervisor Production youll play a critical role in the safe treatment and disposal of liquid and hazardous waste on site.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys:
Handson processing work
Applying chemistry knowledge in realworld scenarios
Working with plant and equipment
Being part of an operational team with high safety standards

Youll be involved in analysing incoming materials making treatment decisions operating plant equipment and supporting chemical treatment activities - all while upholding strong HSEQ practices across the site.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Analyse and assess incoming products to determine appropriate treatment pathways
  • Assist with chemical treatment processes on site
  • Operate and monitor plant machinery and equipment
  • Support HSE environmental and compliance requirements
  • Work closely with the production and operations team to ensure safe outcomes
  • Contribute to continuous improvement within the plant
  • This is a hands-on technical role that will keep you engaged learning and challenged.


Qualifications :

What Youll Bring

Were looking for someone with a solid technical foundation and a practical mindset:

  • Tertiary qualification in Chemistry Chemical Engineering or a related discipline
  • Experience in production manufacturing or waste treatment (preferred not essential)
  • A strong understanding of safety compliance and controlled processes
  • Machinery licences (forklift loader excavator) - highly desirable
  • A collaborative attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work in a processdriven safetyfocused environment
