Job Summary
This is a hands-on role responsible for day-to-day site operations hospitality and event support and office services. The Site Leader serves as the primary point of contact for customer needs contract compliance and service delivery while leading a small onsite team (up to 2 staff). The role also includes document services facilities coordination vendor interaction and operational reporting with a strong focus on customer service and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support hospitality and event setups including food and beverage coordination.
- Manage conference rooms A/V equipment and incoming service requests.
- Perform printing copying scanning mail and overnight shipping using clients equipment.
- Lead day-to-day operations of a small onsite team (up to 2 staff).
- Serve as the onsite point of contact for customer issues and SLA compliance.
- Report and coordinate facility issues; assist with vendors and small office moves.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders using Oracle iProcurement.
- Provide staff training manage timekeeping accuracy and support performance management.
- Ensure quality deadlines and cost-effective use of materials.
- Complete site reports and basic invoicing as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2 years of related experience.
- Experience in hospitality law firm or customer service environment preferred.
- Experience delivering training and operating advanced office equipment.
- Strong organizational communication and leadership skills.
Work Environment
- Office-based role with some walking standing and light lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- No free parking; parking not reimbursed. Staff typically use the trolley.
- No special equipment required beyond clients copiers.
