Job Summary
This is you

You live the Rituals brand and you are contagious in your passion for the brand and the shop floor. You love to connect to people customers as well as your trainees. On top of it you have:
- A bachelors degree in a relevant field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in the role of international trainer preferably in an (international) retail environment.
- Experience or affinity in the cosmetics or beauty industry is highly desired.
- Flexibility to travel to our local markets around the globe ( every 2 months several days at a time).
- International experience and high cultural awareness preferably with in-depth understanding of Asian and Middle Eastern cultures and customer behavior.
- Excellent and inspirational communicator and presenter; fluency in English is mandatory other languages are preferable.
- The ability to inspire and engage people bring out the best in others and create meaningful connections.
- Go-getter self-starter hands-on mentality and out of the box thinker.
