Job Summary

Sales Leader: Oversee global (excluding China) compressor business development customer relationship and channel management; lead the sales team to meet the 2030 growth target.

Global Application Engineering Leader: Setup and lead an Application Engineering team to drive the adoption of Hitachi compressors at internal customers and external OEMs through technical support system diagnostics and issue resolution. You will collaborate closely with sales and product development teams to remove technical barriers promote technology integration and identify new business opportunities.

1. Overseas Business Development & Sales Management

Business Scope: Global (excluding China) compressor business (focused on Hitachi scroll compressors) covering internal group customers external OEMs and distribution channels.

  • Business Coordination & P&L ControlThrough SHT Sales Company execute and take full responsibility for the global (excluding China) sales business of compressors (primarily Hitachi scroll compressor) acting as the P&L owner for this business.
  • Market Expansion & Target Achievement: Develop overseas market expansion strategies to drive business growth; lead the team to meet the 2030 growth target; cooperate with overseas subsidiaries and distributors on product promotion technical seminars exhibitions and customer engagement to enhance global brand exposure and recognition.
  • Customer Relationship & Channel Management: Maintain stable relationships with key overseas internal and external OEM customers; explore customer needs promote Hitachi scroll compressors and drive growth; manage domestic and foreign distribution channels (territory division internal competition control pricing); develop new channels and application fields to foster growth points.
  • Sales Team Building & Management: Recruit and build a global sales team; clarify responsibilities and development paths provide professional training to improve sales and market development capabilities; establish effective performance appraisal and incentive mechanisms to boost team motivation foster collaboration build a strong sales culture and enhance organizational sales capability.
  • Sales Operation Support: Oversee the compressor business operations team ensuring smooth processes in contract management order fulfillment and business continuity.

2. Global Application Engineering Management

Business Scope: Technical support for Hitachi compressors globally (internal/external customers) OEM certification support technical problem solving and product optimization.

  • Technical Support & Customer Empowerment: Collaborate with sales to serve target customers provide full-process technical guidance and convey product characteristics system integration requirements and specifications to facilitate product selection and application; respond to technical needs promptly during OEM certification and application resolve compressor technical issues to ensure project progress.
  • Market & Competitor Insight: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities analyze their technical advantages and market strategies explore technical opportunities and share insight reports with relevant teams to support sales strategy and product competitiveness.
  • Technical System Construction & Promotion: Establish and improve the global application engineering technical support system and processes introduce advanced tools; track and report customer engagement progress technical application results and team performance to provide technical reference for senior management; coordinate internal engineering resources to ensure technical reserves match customer needs and guarantee timely professional technical services.
  • Team Building & Management: Build and lead the global application engineering team clarify structure and responsibilities and develop team plans; conduct internal and external technical training and knowledge sharing to improve technical support system diagnosis and problem-solving capabilities and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Qualifications :

1. Work experience 相关工作经验

  • Over 10 years of experience in overseas sales and application engineering management in the compressor HVAC refrigeration equipment or related industries; practical experience in global market (especially key overseas regions) business development.

2. Education background Competencies required Certificates Training 教育背景对专业能力及相关证书培训的要求

  • Bachelors degree or above in Mechanical Engineering Thermal Energy and Power Engineering Refrigeration and Cryogenic Engineering Marketing or related majors.

3. Language/Computer/Working equipment/Software/Tool requirement 语言/电脑技能要求/工作设备/软件/工具要求

  • Fluent in listening speaking reading and writing; able to use it as a working language for cross-border communication business negotiations and document writing.

4. Additional know-how其他要求

  • Strong goal and result orientation excellent pressure resistance and ability to adapt to overseas business trips and cross-border work arrangements.
  • Sound holistic perspective and strategic vision; capable of promoting in-depth sales-technical collaboration to support the companys overseas strategy implementation.
