Help shape the next evolution of our HR and Payroll ecosystem!
Were looking for an HCM Analyst to support the full migration from ADP to Dayforce a major enterprise-wide transformation initiative that will modernize how our teams manage HR Payroll Time & Attendance Scheduling and more.
What youll do
As an HCM Analyst youll work closely with our HR and Payroll Leads throughout the migration and implementation lifecycle. Your expertise will help ensure data integrity streamline processes and enable a successful deployment of Dayforce modules across the organization.
- Provide bestpractice guidance and ensure consistency of requirements across divisions.
- Analyze cleanse and transform HR Payroll and Time & Attendance data from ADP as part of the full migration to Dayforce.
- Identify document and support the resolution of projectrelated issues such as system bugs functional gaps or conflicting business needs.
- Maintain detailed asbuilt system documentation related to configuration decisions and process design.
- Develop data mapping strategies and perform data validation / reconciliation (headcount earnings deductions balances historical payroll data).
- Support parallel payroll testing identify variances and track datarelated issues to closure.
- Design custom Dayforce forms and configure automated workflows (including XMLbased workflow logic).
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports for HR and Finance stakeholders.
- Apply data governance best practices including quality checks audit support and documentation.
- Partner with the Business Analyst Dayforce to support UAT parallel payroll and golive readiness.
- Assist with system upgrades troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
- Prepare adhoc reports and respond to datarelated inquiries as required.
- Contribute to the development of a broader IT Data Strategy.
Qualifications :
Who are we looking for
- Post secondary education in Human Resources Information Systems Data Analytics or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience supporting HCM Payroll or Workforce Management system implementation or migration.
- Handson exposure to HR system implementations (Dayforce or ADP experience strongly preferred).
- Strong analytical skills including experience with Excel SQL or Power BI.
- Ability to manage large complex datasets with high attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of HR processes such as payroll benefits and talent management.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical details for nontechnical audiences.
- Bonus points if youre bilingual (English & French).
- Some travel may be required.
