Housekeeping Supervisor

Qualifications :

As a Housekeeping Supervisor you will:

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet high standards of cleanliness and comfort
• Lead support and motivate housekeeping team members to achieve service excellence and productivity goals
• Create daily work assignments and inspect completed tasks to ensure quality accuracy and policy compliance
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members to answer questions and provide guidance
• Inspect and prepare units to confirm they are vacant and ready before releasing them for guest arrival
• Train coach and develop new and existing team members to promote consistent performance and growth
• Identify and report maintenance or engineering concerns using established company procedures
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests concerns and follow-ups
• Lead by example while consistently upholding company values service standards and expectations

Additional Information :

• Education: High school diploma GED or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two years of related housekeeping experience.
• One year of supervisory experience.
• Basic computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet programs.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated good judgment when working with owners and staff members.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Valid drivers license.
