Groundskeeper (FT)

Dunwoody Village a five-star rated continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Newtown Square is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated for a full-time groundskeeper. The standard shift is from 6:30AM-2:30PM Monday through groundskeeper is responsible for the following:Mulching fertilizing weeding planting pruning shoveling snow/leaf removal and litter removal on the of landscape equipment and installation of seasonal have a valid PA drivers license to drive equipment and operate the truck with a snowplow during winter other duties as assigned by the Grounds Requirements:The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar and ability to work in all weather conditions. This position will need to be available during non-standard hours during significant winter weather ability to walk stoop kneel climb bend and the ability to repeatedly lift carry push pull 50 customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to relate to others. A keen interest in working with older adults is highly organizational and time-management be at least 18 years old in order to use equipment on separates Dunwoody Village from every other CCRC We are one of the few 5-star rated facilities in the region and we pride ourselves on a standard of providing exceptional care to our residents while maintaining a welcoming/supportive environment for our team membersWe are easy to get to!
