Job Summary

Part 2 Architectural Assistant
Bristol
Up to 35000 DOE

Aztrum are proud to announce that will be partnering with a developing architectural practice located in Bristol. My client is looking to appoint a motivated and performance driven Part 2 Architectural Assistant to support the design and technical progression of their upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:

Assist in the design and execution of Heritage focussed projects.
Assist in assembling detailed and well-structured planning application submissions
Create innovative context-sensitive design proposals that align with client goals.
Prepare high-quality drawings layouts and visuals to clearly convey design concepts.
Collaborate with architects and planning consultants to ensure timely project delivery.

Key Requirements for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:

RIBA Part 2 qualification or equivalent degree in Architecture.
A minimum of 3 years UK-based architectural experience
Residential sector experience with Education welcomed
Proficient in AutoCAD
Strong understanding of UK planning frameworks and building regulations.
Excellent visual presentation organisational and communication skills.
A collaborative designer with a passion for placemaking and a strong design-led portfolio.
