Job Summary:
Renn Kirby Gettysburg is seeking an experienced Kia Certified Technician to join our team. This is a full-time hourly position in the auto industry located in Gettysburg Pennsylvania. As an Automotive Service Technician you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance and repair services on vehicles ensuring they are safe and properly functioning.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair vehicles according to manufacturer specifications
- Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes tire rotations and filter replacements
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and identify any potential issues
- Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve complex mechanical problems
- Communicate effectively with customers to determine their vehicles needs and provide recommendations for necessary repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all tools and equipment are properly used and cared for
- Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe work environment
- Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and advancements through ongoing training
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Kia Certified Technician preferred
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components
- Proficient in the use of diagnostic tools and equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Team player with excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
