Job Summary
EMCOR Government Services has an immediate need for Maintenance Mechanic in Arlington VA. This position is covered by the CBA for Local 99.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct a routine assessment of the building systems operations
- Perform tests tours and analyzes data to assure the proper operation of building machinery.
- Perform perform minor repairs preventive maintenance and service requests on building equipment machinery and components located in the interior or exterior of the building.
- Performs maintenance on all plumbing in buildings including water and sanitation systems.
- Perform snow removal.
- Trains Maintenance Helpers to increase their skills.
- Assist Engineers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 3 6 years experience in a commercial environment.
- Current CFC Universal License
- 2 years EMS experience
- Must be able to work any shift assigned
- Must be to work weekends.
- Must be able to work overtime.
- Must be able to work safely.
- Must be a self-starter.
- Must be willing to adhere to company policies.
Physical Demands:
- Work requires an abundance of walking bending kneeling and working in uncomfortable positions.
