Job Summary
Own offshore delivery of AWAC Pricing APIs and integration services. Translate architecture into high-quality implementations lead developers and ensure reliable releases of rating features factor catalogs and adapters. Maintain alignment with onshore architect while driving code quality test coverage and performance.
Responsibilities:
Lead development of rating microservices API contracts InsureMO adapters; implement caching for rate tables.
Build configuration-driven modules for rating matrices surcharges jurisdictional rules; externalize rules for agility.
Optimize performance (async I/O pooling batching) and resiliency (circuit breakers retries).
Establish CI/CD pipelines code reviews static analysis; enforce test pyramids.
Collaborate on UAT data seeding; instrument services for observability.
Coordinate with QA and BA/Scrum Master for story refinement and sprint delivery.
Core Skills: Java (Spring Boot) API development microservices integration patterns offshore leadership performance optimization.
Plus: AWS services DevOps toolchain P&C insurance/rating Excel Rating tool integration secure coding practices.
