Technical Specialist is a seasoned technology expert with strong programming engineering and problem solving skills who delivers high quality solutions that meet business technical non functional and operational requirements with minimal defects This role emphasizes technical and engineering excellence continuous value delivery and strong ownership Candidates are expected to thrive in technical discussions whiteboarding pair programming and code reviews while maintaining professional ethics and accountability Understand system requirements analyze design develop and test application systems in alignment with defined standards Demonstrate excellent software design programming engineering and problem solving capabilities Strong experience in data ingestion transformation and distribution using Snowflake Hands on exposure to SnowSQL Snowpipe role based access control and ETL or ELT tools such as SnapLogic and PowerCenter Experience building scalable and efficient data pipelines leveraging Snowflake best practices and integrating CI CD monitoring orchestration and data quality frameworks Design implement and manage data ingestion and orchestration pipelines using Control M Define and execute strategies for data extraction ingestion transformation automation and consumption Experience with data lake and data warehousing concepts involving structured semi structured and unstructured data Strong experience creating and managing CI CD processes for Snowflake Implement strategies for data testing data quality code quality and code coverage Demonstrate willingness to experiment evaluate and adopt new technologies Passionate about technology problem solving and collaborative teamwork Proactive self starter capable of working across roles functions and business units to drive solutions from design to production Lifelong learner bringing modern practices technologies and ways of working to the organization Effective communicator and collaborator across teams Experience delivering data related non functional requirements including handling large volumes of historical data across markets and geographies Processing and extracting value from large heterogeneous datasets Building robust data quality gates Managing standard business scenarios such as missing data holidays and tolerance exceptions Proficiency in shell scripting strong data warehousing experience and deep understanding of ETL and ELT processes
