Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant - IT and OT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects
Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Execution
Lead end-to-end delivery of IT and OT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects including network transformations security tool deployments and end-user service roll-outs.
Define project scope goals deliverables and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders across IT OT and security teams.
Develop detailed project plans schedules budgets and resource allocations ensuring alignment with enterprise and operational environments.
Stakeholder Management
Engage with cross-functional teams vendors and business unitsincluding plant operations engineering IT and cybersecurityto ensure alignment and timely delivery.
Communicate project status risks and issues to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Prepare and present dashboards and reports.
Risk Security & Compliance
Ensure compliance with IT governance and regulatory requirements (e.g. NIST ISA/IEC 62443 CMMC).
Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement new systems or processes.
Team Coordination
Manage internal and external resources including IT engineers OT technicians cybersecurity analysts and third-party vendors.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain comprehensive project documentation including charters plans change logs risk registers and post-implementation reviews.
Provide regular reports and dashboards to leadership highlighting progress risks and cybersecurity posture.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity Information Technology or a related field
