Within Advisory PwC has a large team that focus on transformation in Governmentwith focus on Infrastructure Transport &LogisticsthroughDigital inclusion. The open position is for a candidate whodesiresto work withsuchclients and bring about a change in society. A successful candidate will be expected to work pro-actively and effectively on multiple client engagements over theperiod of timeand take ownership of the entire project delivery he/she entrusted with.

Responsibilities

TransportStrategy/Govt.Consulting/Advisory

Provide strategic consulting to government stakeholders onpolicyframeworksproject monitoringsolutions andgreentechnologies

Advise on policy formulation standards and best practices fortransport relatedframeworks for budgeting

Structure and manage PPP models forlarge scale infrastructure projectsensuring stakeholder alignment and risk mitigation

Facilitate collaboration between government agencies private sector and technology partners

Manage complex multi-stakeholder projects ensuringtimelydelivery within scope and budget

Implement robust governance mechanisms performance monitoring and reporting frameworks

Conduct workshops capacity-building sessions and change management programs

Mandatory skill sets:

Ability to design and implementpolicy frameworksfor government and public sector organizations ensuring citizen-centric outcomes

Strong understandingof PPPGross budgetarysupportand convergence mode of implementation

Expertisein managing large-scaleproject management programsincluding risk budget and stakeholder management

Knowledge of nationalshipping relatedpoliciesfunding guidelines /standards andPPPregulations; ability to ensure compliance and secure system design

Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder environments structure Public-Private Partnerships and drive collaboration between government and technology partners

Preferred skill sets:

Assistin implementation of Government schemes and initiatives capacity buildinginitiativesand monitoring support

Assistancein coordination with Various Authorities / Agencies
