Purpose of the role

The Arts (preferably Visual and Dramatic) and Humanities teacher is responsible for the delivery of the Ontario Secondary School Curriculum for classes in Grades 9-12 at Lynn-Rose School.

Reports to: Upper School Principal

Specific tasks related to the responsibilities listed above are shared during the onboarding process.

Skills Qualifications and Experience

The successful candidate will possess relevant teaching qualifications and demonstrated experience in an educational setting.
Ontario College of Teachers (OCT) certification is highly recommended with International Baccalaureate (IB) training and/or certification strongly preferred.
Applicants should have proven teaching experience or an equivalent combination of education certification and classroom experience that demonstrates the ability to deliver high-quality instruction and support student success.
