SIXT Greece is seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Leasing to lead and expand our long-term leasing business. This role is responsible for driving commercial performance shaping the leasing strategy and ensuring operational excellence across the entire leasing lifecycle. Key responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
- Develop and execute the leasing strategy aligned with SIXTs goals
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities and competitive advantages
- Lead budgeting forecasting and P&L management of the Leasing Department
Commercial & Sales Leadership
- Oversee and participate in the acquisition and retention of corporate clients and key accounts
- Set commercial targets and ensure the achievement of revenue volume and profitability goals
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery and service
Operational Excellence
- Ensure efficient management of contracts pricing and service processes
- Oversee fleet allocation and lifecycle management for the leasing portfolio
- Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Plan and coordinate the end-to-end customer journey ensuring a fast reliable and customer-centric service experience
Team Management
- Lead mentor and develop the leasing and key accounts team
- Build a culture of performance customer focus and collaboration
- Stakeholder & Partner Management
- Build strong relationships with manufacturers suppliers and financial partners
- Ensure compliance with internal policies legal frameworks and brand standards
Requirements- 7 years of experience in leasing fleet management automotive or mobility services in similar managerial or senior commercial roles
- Industry experience will be considered an additional asset
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics or a related field; a Masters degree or MBA will be considered an asset
- Strong knowledge of leasing products fleet lifecycle and operational processes
- Hands-on and sales-oriented with proven sales experience and a strong track record of results
- Proven leadership experience in managing commercial teams
- Excellent negotiation analytical and communication skills
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Tech savvy and keen on adopting tools and systems that drive productivity to the next level
