BDC Representative Responsibilities:
- Answering online leads and calls
- Generating and manage leads
- Making outbound calls
- Make appointments for guests to view vehicles
- Logging customer details and comments in our system.
- Maintaining thorough up-to-date knowledge of our products.
- Treat allguestswith courtesy and respect.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Maintaining contact with customers to ensure they are happy with our service.
- Ensuring potential guests are aware of any promotions.
- Communicating with sales staff sales managers and General manager
- Assisting with various other tasks at the dealership.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Knowledge of Excel Word and Outlook
- Experience with a CRM
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Friendly enthusiasm with a positive team-player attitude
- Prior internet sales BDC or related experience a plus
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
