Benefits Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison with Finance reviewing reports reconciling data and escalating variances or anomalies to leadership for resolution.
- Collaborate with Finance to develop and maintain the annual benefits budget covering health & welfare retirement wellness and voluntary programs.
- Monitor monthly and quarterly benefits spend working cross-functionally to ensure alignment and transparency across stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end vendor invoice processing including validation approval workflows and vendor setup coordination.
- Ensure timely and accurate funding of all benefit programs in partnership with Payroll and Finance aligned with payroll cycles and vendor requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience of 3 to 4 years of finance and benefits experience
- Bachelors degree in business administration Human Resources or Finance (preferred)
- Strong understanding of benefits programs and related financial processes
- Strong understanding of Benefit programs and practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Languages: Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
