What Is a Game Presenter

A Game Presenter hosts live casino games in a broadcast studio guiding players through the experience with energy clarity and professionalism. You will open conduct and close games while interacting with players in real timeall streamed live to an international audience.

You are the show the atmosphere and the connection between the game and the players.

What You Will Be Doing

Host and present live casino games on camera in a professional studio environment
Deliver an engaging entertaining and high-quality gaming experience at all times
Interact with players in a confident friendly and natural way
Maintain accuracy consistency and professionalism while following game procedures
Energize the atmosphere and continuously improve your on-camera performance
Work closely with studio teams to ensure smooth and enjoyable live broadcasts

What Makes You a Strong Candidate

Required:

Native-level Russian and working knowledge of English
High School Diploma
Valid passport and readiness for relocation
Availability to work in a 3-shift rotation (including nights weekends and holidays)
Ability to stay calm focused and precise under pressure
Strong sense of responsibility discipline and attention to detail

Nice to Have:

Natural energy confidence and friendliness
Clear communication and comfort in front of a camera
Ability to adapt your presentation style to different games and audiences

Whats in It for You

Competitive Salary & Bonuses

First 9 months:
- 4124 RON net (828 EUR net)
After 9 months:
- 5022 RON net (1008 EUR net)
Performance Bonus: up to 3000 RON net (609 EUR) after probation
Additional monthly performance incentives (up to 400 EUR net)

Shift Allowances

25% for night shifts
10% for weekend shifts
100% for legal holidays

Relocation & Visa Support

For candidates living in other Romanian cities:

One-time relocation bonus: 2850 RON net (paid with first salary)

Work Schedule

3 rotating shifts (monthly rotation)
5 working days / 2 days off
Workdays may include weekends and holidays
Structured breaks: up to 2 hours of work followed by a 30-minute break
