Job Summary

Registered Nurse (Full-Time MondayFriday 8am4pm No Nights Weekends or Holidays)

Overview:
Were seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join an interdisciplinary care team providing high-quality care to older adults in the community. This role offers a consistent weekday schedule strong worklife balance and excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care and develop individualized care plans.
Coordinate with the care team to ensure safe effective services.
Monitor health status administer medications and educate participants and families.
Maintain accurate documentation and support quality care delivery.

Qualifications:

Current MA RN license.
2 years of experience with the geriatric population preferred.
Strong communication teamwork and clinical judgment skills.
Local travel required.

Schedule:

Full-time Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
No nights weekends or holidays
