Position: Data Entry Specialist

As a Data Entry Specialist you will be responsible for accurately entering and updating information into our database. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all data is entered correctly and in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data into our database accurately and efficiently
- Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system
- Keep track of all incoming and outgoing data and ensure it is properly recorded
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper files
- Communicate with team members to ensure data is entered correctly
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies in data
- Ensure data integrity and security at all times
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Real estate experience is a plus but not required
