We are now looking for a highly motivated Data Entry Specialist to join our team and assist with the daily operations of our company.

Job Overview:

As a Data Entry Specialist you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data for our real estate listings client information and other important documents. You will work closely with our team to ensure all data is entered correctly and in a timely manner. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours of work per week.

Key Responsibilities:

- Input and maintain data for real estate listings client information and other important documents

- Verify accuracy of data and make necessary corrections

- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files

- Communicate with team members to ensure data is entered correctly and in a timely manner

- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong communication skills
