Job Summary:

As a Data Entry Specialist you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems. Your main goal will be to maintain and update our company databases and ensure that all information is accurate and up-to-date. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours of work per week.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter and update data into our company databases

- Verify the accuracy of data and make necessary corrections

- Organize and maintain files and records

- Prepare and sort documents for data entry

- Review and audit data for discrepancies

- Generate reports and assist with data analysis as needed

- Communicate with team members to ensure data integrity

- Follow data entry policies and procedures

- Meet deadlines and maintain productivity targets

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role

- Excellent typing and data entry skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management software

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent communication and organizational skills
