We are seeking motivated customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Client Experience this role you will assist clients with planning and booking travel while delivering excellent customer service throughout the process.

This is a flexible remote opportunity. No prior travel industry experience is requiredtraining is provided.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with planning vacations cruises destination weddings and honeymoons

Provide customer support via phone email text and online platforms

Research destinations and travel options based on client preferences

Book and manage travel reservations

Communicate with clients before during and after travel
