What Youll Do
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
- Complete comprehensive assessments and ongoing monitoring
- Deliver wound care medication management IV therapy and other clinical interventions
- Educate patients and families on disease processes safety and selfmanagement
- Collaborate closely with Inspired Homecares interdisciplinary team
- Document visits accurately and efficiently in our EMR
- Participate in oncall rotation as needed
What You Bring
- Active RN license in the state
- At least 1 year of nursing experience (home health experience a plus)
- Strong assessment and criticalthinking skills
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
- Comfort with electronic documentation and independent decisionmaking
