Administrator
Location: Pumpherston
Contract Type: Part Time 25hrs a week Monday to Friday 5hrs a day times and days negotiable.
Salary: Offering a salary of 19311.53 per annum plus great company benefits.

About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our team in Livingston to support the existing team. Responsibilities will include liaising with colleagues assist with all recruitment needs from candidate application to interview offer security checks and new starter completion checks. You will be responsible for contacting candidates arranging interviews completing applications of PVGs obtaining references uploading all documents onto our CRM system and any other admin tasks that may be required from you at branch.

Experience of working to deadlines in busy office environment.
Experience of handling multiple tasks in a high volume rapidly changing environment.
This Administrator role is like no other no 2 days are the same. You will be required to support in different areas and the ability to multitask is required.
