Our esteemed logistics partner is seeking an expereinced and forward thinking Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) Senior Executive to join its regional team. This role will collaboratively work with various Business Unit Heads and. Regional HR leaders to align people and business strategies with organizational objectives providing strategic support and initiates HR interventions.
The Challenges
- Provide guiance and coaching to business units heads on talent management performance development and succession planning to strengthen leadership capability across the organisation
- Collorate with recruitment teams to forecast manpower needs lead end to end talent acquisition efforts and support the development of robust succession planning
- Serve as an internal consultant to business units offering expert advice and actionable HR solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness. Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders acting as the primary liaison between business operations and the HR function.
- Support the implementation of people initiatives including performance reviews learning and development programs and change management activities
- Partner with business leaders and senior management to align HR strategies with overall business objectives fostering a culture of engagement accountability and performance.
What It Takes
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR Business Partner experience ideally within the logistics supply chain or industrial sectors.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategic goals into practical people initiatives.
- Demonstrated capability in decision-making problem-solving and managing diverse teams across different cultures.
- Deep understanding of performance management workforce planning and organizational development principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive and collaborative approach.
