Job Description
Our client an established private dental practice is seeking a skilled and confident Dental Nurse / Assistant to join their team in Cape Town. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with a wide range of dental procedures including CEREC CBCT veneers smile makeovers and long cases.
- Perform general chairside and clinical support duties.
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical notes.
- Ensure smooth patient flow and provide professional support to dentists and patients.
- Uphold high standards of infection control and practice protocols.
- Support with administrative and computer-based tasks as required.
Requirements
- Active HPCSA registration (up to date).
- Proven experience in a private practice setting.
- Strong knowledge of advanced dental procedures (CEREC CBCT veneers smile makeovers).
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in clinical documentation.
- Computer literate with confidence in using dental software and digital systems.
