Job Summary

We are currently expanding multiple international teams and are looking for French-speaking professionals interested in working in Portugal Bulgaria or Greece. Depending on your background and interests opportunities are available in customer support B2B sales and Order-to-Cash (O2C) with content moderation roles opening in the near future.

Customer Support

Support French-speaking customers via phone chat or email
Assist with products services accounts and digital platforms
Focus on service quality problem resolution and customer satisfaction

B2B Sales Specialist

Manage inbound and/or outbound sales activities
Build long-term relationships with business clients
Identify opportunities present solutions and close deals
Previous B2B sales experience required

Order-to-Cash (O2C)

Handle invoicing collections cash application and dispute management
Work closely with finance and accounting teams

Help maintain safe and respectful digital communities
