Nous recherchons un Agent Call Center trilingue (français allemand italien) pour notre centre Otisline à Fribourg. Si vous êtes passionné par la relation client que vous aimez résoudre des problèmes et travailler dans un environnement stimulant cette opportunité est faite pour vous !

Vos missions

• Répondre aux appels entrants des clients et partenaires avec professionnalisme et empathie.

• Gérer les demandes de dépannage maintenance et informations générales.

• Coordonner les interventions techniques en collaboration avec nos équipes sur le terrain.

• Assurer un suivi rigoureux des dossiers dans notre système interne.

Votre profil

• Trilingue (Maîtrise oral et écrit) : français allemand italien

• Expérience confirmée en service client ou centre dappels un plus mais pas obligatoire.

• Excellentes compétences en communication et sens du service.

• Capacité à travailler sous pression et à gérer les priorités.

• À laise avec les outils informatiques et les systèmes CRM.
