Job Summary

As aTechnical Project Manageryou are managing the customer options (COs) projects for our standardized AGVs built on the production lines. This role bridges engineering production and customer interfaceensuring that tailored AGV solutions are delivered efficiently cost-effectively and at the highest quality while maintaining standardization principles on the production lines. As a Technical Project Manager you will rely heavily on your interpersonal and communication skills: it is of vital importance to create relationships of mutual understanding and trust with and between the factories end customers and engineering teams.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Customer Requirements & Scoping
Collaborate with the CO teams to capture and translate customer needs into clear technical specifications.
Assess feasibility cost and lead time for custom options within the constraints of standardized AGV architecture.
Define project scope deliverables and success criteria for each customer configuration.

Project Planning & Execution

Develop detailed project plans timelines and budgets for the CO projects.
Manage resources with the engineering team leads
Monitor progress manage risks and ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope.

Technical Coordination

Interface with mechanical electrical and software engineering teams to integrate customer-specific COs
Ensure that all custom features are fully validated on the project vehicles or on our prototype trucks
Support design reviews change control and technical documentation processes.

Continuous Improvement

Capture lessons learned from each customization project to improve the modularity and standardization of future COs
Contribute to developing a library of validated configurable customer options.

What we are looking for

Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Mechatronics Industrial Automation or a related field.
Strong technical understanding of mechanical/electrical/software integration.
Excellent project management skills (planning risk management stakeholder communication).
Proficient in using MS Project Jira or similar project management tools.
Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership abilities
5 years of experience in Engineering within industrial automation robotics or mobile systems manufacturing.
Previous experience in project management is preferred
Familiarity with AGV/AMR systems automation technology or material handling systems is a strong plus.
