SALARY:Starting Salary Opportunity: $96000
Actual base pay will depend and vary based on factors such as individual experience and skills of the applicant.
BONUS:Bonus at Target $24000
This role may also be eligible for discretionary long-term incentive awards.
Variable Compensation opportunities are contingent on individual performance and overall business resultspursuant tothe Bonus Plan; listedamountare targeted values and notguarantees.

ROLE SUMMARY:
Drive field sales execution by providing relevant objectives & ensuring integrity of B2O process & execution. The B2O Manager is responsible for Chapters 4-6 within our Sales Playbook. They lead the execution of our B2O strategy which dictates what tasks / objectives we focus on while at the POC & manage our incentive / VC strategy.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- B2O execution: what are we cascading how are we executing and most importantly does it drive volume
- National B2O sessions
- Variable compensation & incentive strategy & reporting
- Collaboration with Darwin / CRM tool to enable strategy
- Collaboration with Regional FLM Frontline Forum
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to analyze data identify trends and solve problems
- Ability to develop and execute strategies that align business objectives with operational capabilities
- Ability to translate high level business goals into actionable plans
- Optimizing operational processes to enhance productivity reduce costs and improve overall field sales team performance
- Experience with project management tools & techniques is beneficial
- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques is advantageous
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying issues and developing effective solutions
- Ability to handle complex challenges and make data-driven decisions
