Job Summary
What you will do
Ensure communication with PA team and Marketing/Events
Maintain understanding of relevant regulations and laws including MedTech Code
Collaborate in process improvement projects
Regular review of processes to ensure updates to any regulations compliance policies are updated.
Regular meetings with the Manager and PA Team to ensure workload is even and capacity used effectively.
CNF Consultant Profile creation in the compliance tool for Southern EU PA - All Divisions
Collaboration for HCP Contract Process in creating the Contract Form for all SE contracts all Divisions
Faculty Service invoices paying process and vendors creations management working with the SE PA Team Invoicing Team for all consultants all divisions Southern Europe
Interacting and advising business units on compliant HCP Consultant activities
What you need
Education
Essential:
College equivalent qualifications
Desired:
Bachelors Degree desired but not essential
Experience
Essential:
New graduate or 1-2 years relevant experience
Desirable
Fluent and skilled in local language as well as Spanish and English
Work experience in a Medical Device/Pharmaceutical company
Knowledge of MedTech Europe Compliance
Sound excel knowledge
