Role Definition
Supports day-to-day sales activities by providing information and assistance to customers and internal organizations.


Responsibilities

Answering inquiries and resolving problems regarding products and services via calls email or internet chat.
Performing contract administration support and resolving contract related issues.
. Developing new prospects establishing customers and finding opportunity to introduce an organizations products and services.

Provide education guidance and training to team members respond to their questions and support their skill development to enhance overall team performance.

Continuously develop skills and knowledge to be ready for future responsibilities as a Territory Manager.
