About Binance Accelerator Program
Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds leading blockchain ecosystem. Who may apply
Current university students and recent graduates
Responsibilities
- Participate in the development and deployment of AI applications based on large language models (LLMs) including intelligent assistants automation tools and AI agents.
- Integrate and utilize mainstream LLM APIs (e.g. GPT Claude Gemini) to build AI-powered features.
- Assist in prompt design optimization and performance evaluation.
- Support backend development for AI applications including API development task workflows and tool integrations.
- Contribute to the implementation of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) knowledge bases and agent workflows.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into real-world business scenarios.
- Assist with debugging log analysis performance tuning and system stability improvements
Requirements
- Must-have:
- Bachelors degree or above in Computer Science Software Engineering Artificial Intelligence or a related field.
- Familiarity with at least one programming language (Python Java Go JavaScript etc.).
- Strong interest in AI large language models and AI-driven applications.
- Solid problem-solving skills and logical thinking ability.
- Nice-to-have:
- Experience using LLM APIs or AI frameworks (e.g. LangChain LlamaIndex).
- Hands-on experience with AI agents automation tools or chatbots.
- Basic understanding of prompt engineering or RAG concepts.
- Backend development experience including API design or system integration.
- Familiarity with common development tools and frameworks (Git REST APIs Java Spring Framework).
