You will ensure and maintain a high level of customer service by taking ownership of shipment and invoicing processes.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Ensure shipments are timely and delivery schedule is met by working closely with internal and external teams (such as forwarders).
• Complete proper documentation (Certificate of Origin Letter of Credit GST) for each delivery/shipment.
• Manage and submit all complete Goods and Services Tax (GST) documents for submission to Finance on a timely basis.

For This Role You Will Need:

• Bachelors degree of any 4-year course.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience handling shipping documentation or specializingin Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• General knowledge of quote to cash processes.
