Job Summary
We are looking for a experienced hardworking passionate and empathetic manager to lead a large team in a fast paced environment. Leadership/training experience is a MUST as you will be scheduling hiring and training a staff of 10-15 people on a regular basis. The ideal candidate leads with empathy but hold the team accountable and works along side them on the floor to ensure a smooth service.
Responsibilities for this role include:
- Restaurant floor management (counter service table service)
- Creating and implementing standard operating procedures to accommodate ever-changing restaurant needs
- Giving and receiving direct feedback with kindness dignity and respect.
- Working collaboratively with owners managers and FOH staff
- Ordering supplies and ingredients for the coffee department on a daily basis
- Maintaining a highly organized space
