Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing questions managing service requests and maintaining strong client relationships
- Ensure all repair and maintenance work is completed accurately and on schedule
- Support team members by sharing best practices for boosting sales and improving customer experience
- Oversee daily service department operations to maintain workflow and efficiency
- Manage service documentation including repair orders maintenance records invoices and manuals. Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelors degree preferred
- Valid stateissued drivers license with a clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an automotive service writer or service advisor
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems repair processes and technician duties
