You will be responsible for Revenue Managers are responsible formaximisingrooms revenue during their day. This will includeaccurate forecasting rate management andoptimisingthe channel and market mix.
The Revenue Manager is to implement revenue management strategies and processes in order to optimise and maximise revenues throughout the hotel supporting the Area Director of Revenue primarily for rooms revenue by monitoring demands trends and market conditions. To facilitate smooth and effective communication with all departments to ensuring a seamless highly satisfactory and incomparable service.
Youll also show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guests special requests involving special rates for long stays or corporate agreements and even special occasions.

What youll bring
Previous revenue management experience is essential
Previous knowledge of hotel systems preferably to include GDS PMS Revenue Management Group and Analytical systems and software such as SynXis Opera IDeaS an asset
Highly computer literate skilled and knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel (Macros Visual Basic & Pivot Tables)
