• Designs and maintains the full People tech ecosystem (HRIS ATS engagement tools) to ensure scalability and longterm stability
• Automates workflows to reduce manual work eliminate errors and elevate the employee and manager experience
• Ensures systems integrate seamlessly and deliver realtime trustworthy insights across the People Team
• Owns data continuity and governance ensuring consistent definitions clean data flows and reliable reporting across all platforms
• Partners with COEs to translate business needs into system enhancements analytics and automation opportunities Continuously evaluates new technologies and tools to modernize HR operations and improve decisionmaking
• Builds and maintains Power BI dashboards that provide leaders with actionable realtime workforce analytics
• Translates complex data into clear visual insights to support decisionmaking forecasting and operational planning
