Channel Account Manager Japan
Start Date: Early April
We are searching for a passionate and dynamic Channel Account Manager to join our Japan sales team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving Exabeams growth by recruiting new partners cultivating strategic relationships and scaling our existing strategic partnerships across Japan. The Channel Account Manager will lead and coordinate field engagement enablement and business development activities to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
- Achieve Key metrics with Partners in Japan
- Annual sales bookings goal
- Pipeline build goal
- Net New Channel In Opportunity creation goal
- Partner with Japanese Sales and Marketing teams to identify and build key partnerships
- Work with APJ Channel Director and VP of Sales Engineering to identify and drive technical excellence knowledge and services capability
- Develop annual and quarterly business plans and a review cadence to track pipeline progress sales deliver events and take action to stay on track to agreed-upon goals
- Identify and cultivate relationships with Senior leadership in our partner accounts
- Track partner performance and identify trends/opportunities/challenges; drive strategies and take appropriate action to maximize benefit for all parties
- Facilitate relationships between field sales/SE teams and key partner sales and technical team contacts
Skills and Experience:
- 2 years experience building partnerships with Resellers Distributors MSSPs and Systems Integrators across Japan
- 2 years experience of selling in a SaaS company
- 2 years Enterprise Software sales/partner management experience
- Preferred experience in cybersecurity market with some or all of the following technologies: SIEM SOAR EDR XDR MDR
- Ability to represent an organization at the highest levels with customers partners events and industry
- Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to successfully manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Must be highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- Japan based
- English Language required
- Significant travel will be required
