At Home Made our Field Sales team sits at the heart of our mission to fix renting for good. Youll be trusted to represent our brand in the field build strong relationships and play a key role in one of the UKs fastest-growing property technology start-ups.

As we continue to expand across the North of England this is a remote field-based role with quarterly trips to our London HQ to reconnect with the wider team and celebrate success together.

What we offer:

• Salary: 25000 basic competitive uncapped commission (OTE 40000)

• Contract: Full-time or Part-time opportunities available

• Location: Daily travel across Manchester Leeds or Liverpool using public transport (no driving licence required)

• Working hours: TuesdaySaturday 9am6pm (including evening viewings depending on demand)

Role responsibilities:

The Sales Associate will play a vital part in developing face-to-face relationships with our customers and delivering high-quality offers on marketed properties.

Your responsibilities would include:

• Customer Service: Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants ensuring smooth execution of all scheduled events.

• Viewings: Attend property viewings engage with prospective renters and close deals to exceed sales targets.

• Communication: Provide timely and relevant updates to all parties regarding viewings and appointments.

• Proactive Engagement: Identify opportunities to increase successful property viewings and conversions.

• Data Management: Keep accurate records and regularly update our CRM system.

• Problem Solving: Quickly resolve any issues that arise during the viewing and leasing process.

• Attend new site launches and new developments: Collaborate with our sales team in London to support these initiatives. Successful hires will complete onboarding in London.
