Are you a motivated English Early Career Teacher looking to start your career in an independent school setting in Hertfordshire We are partnering with a respected independent school to appoint an English ECT to join their supportive department.

Responsibilities:
Teach English across KS3 and KS4
Deliver engaging and structured lessons
Monitor student progress
Contribute to curriculum enrichment
Qualifications and Experience:
Degree in English or related subject
PGCE with QTS (or pending)
ECT status
Strong communication skills
