Job Summary
Are you an ambitious Maths Early Career Teacher seeking a supportive school to begin your career in Hampshire We are working with an Ofsted Good secondary school to appoint a Maths ECT to join their established department.

About the Maths Department:
The Maths department provides structured mentoring collaborative planning and excellent professional development for ECTs.
Responsibilities:
Teach Maths across KS3 and KS4
Plan and deliver effective lessons
Track and support student progress
Contribute to departmental initiatives
Qualifications and Experience:
Degree in Mathematics or related subject
PGCE with QTS (or pending)
ECT status
Commitment to professional development
Salary and Benefits:
MPS1 salary
Full ECT induction and mentoring
