Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day IT support to staff and students
Maintain hardware software and network systems
Support classroom technology and learning platforms
Assist with system updates and troubleshooting
Qualifications and Experience:
Previous experience in an IT support or technician role
Strong working knowledge of Windows systems and hardware
Experience supporting users in an educational setting (desirable)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
