Job Summary
We are delighted to invite applications for a Year 6 Teacher to join our welcoming and inclusive school community in Surrey. This is a wonderful opportunity for a passionate and dedicated teacher to make a meaningful difference to pupils at a pivotal stage in Key Stage 2 guiding them through their final year of primary education and preparing them for the transition to secondary school.

As a Year 6 teacher you will plan and deliver engaging high-quality lessons across all areas of the curriculum ensuring that pupils are challenged and inspired to reach their potential. You will create a nurturing supportive and stimulating classroom environment where all children feel safe included and motivated to learn.
Differentiation and inclusion will be central to your role supporting pupils of all abilities including those with SEND and EAL. You will monitor pupil progress provide constructive feedback and celebrate achievement while fostering personal social and emotional development.
You will:
Deliver high-quality lessons across the Year 6 curriculum
Foster a safe nurturing and stimulating learning environment
Support pupils academic social and emotional development
Use assessment to monitor progress and inform planning
Build strong relationships with pupils families and colleagues
