Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated professional to join our team in Madrid. If you enjoy working in an international environment coordinating logistics and providing excellent customer support this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
What youll do:
Contact customers to schedule pre-move surveys and guide them through customs documentation and the door-to-door/door-to-port/port-to-door process.
Act as the main point of contact between the account the assignee and internal teams.
Coordinate air sea and road shipments with precision and care.
Manage after-sales communication and ensure smooth follow-up with clients.
Organize explain and prepare import/export customs documents and shipment protection details.
Liaise with shipping lines trucking companies customs brokers assignees accounts and internal stakeholders.
Prepare shipments for billing and audit supplier invoices.
