Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Test Expert to join a complex highdemand project in Warsaw. The ideal professional will bring strong analytical skills deep knowledge of software testing methodologies and handson experience working with modern testing tools and environments. A B2 level of English is required to ensure effective communication and documentation within international teams.
Tasks
- Design plan and execute unit integration functional performance stress acceptance and regression tests.
- Define and maintain test environments for complex systems.
- Configure test management tools for new projects.
- Produce clear complete and auditready test documentation.
- Lead QA activities in largescale or highcomplexity projects.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure quality across the full SDLC.
- Identify risks analyse defects and propose continuous improvements.
Requirements
Education & Languages
- University degree in ICT or related field.
- English level B2.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in ICT.
- At least 4 years in testingrelated roles or similar positions.
Certifications
- ISTQB Advanced or an internationally recognised equivalent certification.
- Alternatively at least 3 additional years of test management experience beyond the minimum required.
Competencies
- Expert in multiple testing levels and methodologies.
- Practical experience working with complex systems.
- Strong understanding of the SDLC.
- High analytical capacity attention to detail and adaptability.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Specific Technical Knowledge
- Handson experience with Azure DevOps Test Plans.
- Ability to create and execute SQL queries for validation and testing support.
- Experience testing on the ServiceNow platform.
Benefits

- Salary: 180/day
